Glacier Gate Medical Clinic is OPEN!!! And ACCEPTING registrations of NEW PATIENTS starting Wednesday, June 19, 2019!!! PLEASE CALL 1-780-594-8130

Hearts for Healthcare is proud to announce that Glacier Gate Medical Clinic is OPEN and ready to start registering patients. They are very keen to accept new patients with a real need for a family physician and want to work specifically with those that have pre-existing conditions and genuine health concerns beyond that which can be handled within a walk-in clinic environment; chronic or long term illnesses such as diabetes, COPD, heart disease etc.

Please call the clinic to book an appointment between the hours of 9:00am – 4:00pm beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, June 19, 2019. The phone number is 1-780-594-8130. Appointments will commence Monday, June 24, 2019, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your allotted time and use the Main Entrance below the new BLUE Glacier Gate Medical Clinic sign. We apologize for the current state of the parking lot but please be patient during the final stages of our construction. The Connexxion Clinic, specializing in Addiction Health, will open at a later date. We will update as that information is released.

As of right now they will be offering 10-15 minute appointments Monday-Friday (9:00am – 4:00pm). In the future they hope to add a weekend appointment time between the hours of 10:00am – 3:00pm and add walk-in clinic hours as well. There will be a pharmacy – Remedy’s Rx, which will facilitate on-site consultations and prescription refills/renewals.

Hearts for Healthcare has had the pleasure of getting to know Dr. Imran Ghauri and Dr. Hussain Aboud over the past couple years and are very excited to welcome them, their families and their practice to our Community. Dr. Ghauri has been working at the Lakeland Medical Clinic since January and Dr. Aboud since April. We are beyond ecstatic and very much looking forward to what this means for healthcare in Cold Lake and our Community as a whole. We will continue to work with our partners, The City of Cold Lake and MD of Bonnyville, in our goal of ensuring that every resident has access to a medical practitioner and proper care. We are happy to say that we have FOUR new physicians joining our group of current practitioners and hope that the good news trend continues. Onward and upward!!
